In an effort to offload a number of unwanted stars, Blues boss Mauricio Pochettino delayed the return of a number of senior stars including Aubameyang, Romelu Lukaku and Hakim Ziyech.
But Aubameyang appears to now be edging closer to leaving Stamford Bridge behind, as a report from Fabrizio Romano , has claimed The Ligue 1 club have reached an agreement with Chelsea and the 34-year-old is all set to undergo his medical today.
TIME TO LEAVE FOR AUBAMEYANG –
The striker was loving his time with Barcelona and never wanted to make the move back to the Premier League – he has looked disinterested ever since the Spaniards decided to sell him.
When he leaves he will not be a massive miss from the side – he pretty much done nothing last season except collect those massive wages – so the quicker he is sold and the replaced the better. This is a good move for Auba to make as it will give him some good game time in a side that is not quite as good as CHELSEA – although he may not be getting the kind of money he has been.
